Security Deposit Refund Policy – Masterkey Rent A Car

At Masterkey Rent A Car, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. As part of our rental agreement, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle collection.

The security deposit serves as a guarantee against potential damages, traffic fines, Salik (toll) charges, or any additional costs incurred during the rental period.

Refund Process:

The full security deposit amount will be refunded within 28 working days from the date the vehicle is returned, provided the following conditions are met:

• The vehicle is returned in the same condition as when rented, without damage (excluding normal wear and tear).
• No outstanding traffic fines or Salik (toll) charges remain unpaid during the rental period.
• No additional charges (such as excess mileage or fuel shortages) are applicable.
• Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original deposit unless otherwise agreed.

Should there be any deductions (such as traffic fines reported after the return date), the customer will be informed with proper documentation before the final refund amount is determined.
